Working Student (m/f/d) Technical Sales

To support our team, we are looking for a motivated working student (m/f/d) in the field of Business Administration with an interest in technical sales. In this role, you will gain insights into marketing, sales, and business development, and support our team in expanding our international business activities in the field of electric drive systems.

As an engineering service provider, we support companies in the design, development, and optimization of electric drives. You will work closely with our technical team and gain insight into the interface between engineering and sales.

Your Responsibilities

Marketing and Sales

  • Supporting the preparation and implementation of online marketing activities (e.g., website content, social media, campaigns)
  • Researching and identifying potential customers and markets in the field of electric drive technology
  • Contacting companies via email and phone to introduce our engineering services
  • Assisting in the preparation of offers and customer presentations
  • Organizing, preparing, and participating in trade fairs and industry events
  • Maintaining and updating customer and sales data (e.g., CRM systems)

Technical Sales / Business Development

  • Supporting the preparation of sales materials for development projects in the field of electric drives
  • Collaborating with our engineers in the technical preparation of customer inquiries
  • Conducting initial analyses of customer requirements and preparing the information for the engineering team
  • Assisting with market and competitor analyses in the fields of electric motors, power electronics, and drive systems
  • Communicating with international customers and partners

What We Expect

  • Completed bachelor’s degree or advanced studies in business administration, industrial engineering, economics, or a comparable field
  • Interest in technical sales and industrial technologies
  • Initial practical experience in marketing, sales, business development, or a technical environment is desirable
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Structured and independent working style as well as analytical thinking
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment in interacting with customers and partners
  • Confident use of common office software (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint)

Working Student (m/f/d) Technical Marketing & Digital Content (B2B)

Your Responsibilities

  • Support the development and expansion of our LinkedIn presence (B2B)
  • Support the planning and scheduling of LinkedIn/social media posts and digital campaigns
  • Capture and edit photos or short videos of laboratory setups, machines, and events for use in marketing materials and social media
  • Develop LinkedIn posts and digital content in collaboration with engineers
  • Assist in updating website content and technical product descriptions
  • Translate technical topics (e.g., electric drives, power electronics, implementation) into clear and engaging marketing content in collaboration with engineers
  • Prepare professional presentations for customers, partners, and trade fairs
  • Design and edit marketing visuals and graphics
  • Contribute to the concept and creation of exhibition materials
  • Support preparation of exhibition materials and assist with trade fair booth organization
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, sales, and management teams

Your Profile

  • Currently enrolled student in Marketing, Communications, Media, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong interest in digital marketing, especially LinkedIn in a B2B environment
  • Enthusiasm for technical topics, ideally within electric drives or electrical engineering
  • Basic video editing skills (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, or similar) are a plus
  • Ability to explain complex technical content in a clear and target-oriented manner
  • Interest in technical graphics, diagrams, and engineering visualizations
  • Initial experience with graphic design or image editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe, or similar)
  • Structured, independent, and reliable working style
  • Creativity combined with technical understanding
  • Hands-on mentality and team spirit
  • Language: German and English
